Squeaky Clean

A variety of vintage soap ads featuring

puns (“Whilst there's life, there's soap”)

to a dubious testimonial

(“I used your soap two years ago and

have not used any other since.”).

Plus lots of pretty ladies and cute kiddies, of course.

Approximately 7" x 7", 300 dpi.

Brother and Sister

Here is a little composite I put together from 3 images.

I started with a photo of my basement door:

Then added the vintage photo of a brother and sister:

And finally added some texture with a pattern

I made in the 21 Secrets workshop,

"Playing with Patterns":

I hope you like the ghostly little brother and sister.

I may be rather leery of walking past my cellar door now, teehee...

Spring Bouquet

Spring is right around the corner

and soon I'll be able to put a teapot full of tulips

on the table again!

Winter Woodland

After a long break during the holidays, I'm back!

Here is a little woodland scene filled with frostiness.

It looks as if a fairy might appear at any moment,

although there are none here now.

But wait, do I see something in the ghostly

dandelion seed head??

No, false alarm...maybe they are all fast asleep

tucked under a warm tree root until springtime...

Christmas Angel

Here is a little altered angel

on a background of laurel leaves

which is a piece from my new collage sheet,

Christmas Angels and Cherubs.

The six other angels are available

in my shop for 3.99 usd. (Pictured in sidebar)

Enjoy!

Vintage Lady with Doves

Here is a lovely lady either sending or receiving

a letter via "dove mail".

Much better than email or snail mail!

This is a png file, which allows
the background  to remain clear.
If you desire to use the digital version,
there won't be a white background behind the picture.
The image is approximately 3.5 x 5, 300 dpi.

A pretty image of a young girl praying.

The etching of the girl has been altered by

superimposing a scene of some winter grasses

and some handwriting. I like the warm harvest colors.

Here is an image I posted awhile ago on The Magpie's Nest.

This is from my Vintage Roses ACEO backgrounds collage sheet.
